It has been specially designed by considering the values ​​such as environmental conditions, occupational safety and human health. Sanding in open environments is prohibited in developed countries.

ACROTECH collects dust particles from the workpiece, which is manually sanded in the sanding rooms, in the dust collection unit with a special air suction system located at the bottom.

Cabinet works with negative pressure principle. Air and sanding dust absorbed by the dust collection unit creates negative pressure in the indoor environment.

Thanks to EU3 filters placed on the top of the cabin to balance the air, the air is balanced and a flow is provided towards the lower floor. Due to this ergonomic structure of the sanding chambers, human health is protected at the maximum level.

Control panel was placed on the room and internal wiring was pulled. Luminaires are preferred as Zone 3 class Exproof 500 lm against fire risk. Room building material is made of rocky sandwich panel.

Room floor is furnished with 700x700mm galvanized grill. Room doors are sliding and leak-proof. It is produced as standard and non-standard.
